Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Securely
Place the unused products back in their original Chāmpo packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
